Our Staff
Tracy Hansen, Controller
Tracy was born November 5, 1971 and grew up here in Puyallup. She attended Puyallup High School, where she met her husband Jay, and they graduated in 1990. She attended Pacific Lutheran University and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
After their marriage in August 1995, Tracy and Jay moved to Pullman, WA so Jay could attend Washington State University (2000). During her years in Pullman, Tracy worked for the Bank of Pullman as a teller and later as a branch supervisor. Tracy and Jay are blessed with three children: daughter Shelbie (1999) and twin sons Nicholas and Nathan (2001).
Tracy and her family began attending High Pointe in the summer of 2003 after repeated invitations from her sister and immediately felt a connection to the messages and the people. When the position of Controller opened up in August 2007, she was excited to rejoin the work force again after many years of being a stay-at-home mom and to serving the chuch in this capacity. Tracy enjoys her job of “number crunching” and loves the freedom of being able to work from home while her children are young. She has also been part of the Missions Auction team for several years and has been on two mission trips to Guatemala with High Pointe.
Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her kids' school, scrapbooking, reading, and Diet Coke!
