Giving

We give because God wants us to give and commands that we do so. God entrusts us with His money to invest in His work. He does so not for Him but for us. We believe that the love of money is the greatest challenge to our being fully devoted to Jesus. When we give back to God sacrificially it puts our focus on Him as our source of security. It helps to break the hold money and materialism have on us that permeates our culture. Lastly, the giving by High Pointe’s members and attenders enables the ministry of High Pointe Church to help with the physical and spiritual needs of others both near and far.
