About Core Groups

At HPCC we believe that spiritual growth happens best in the context of community when we are sharing the journey. In other words, we're better together! Through intentional relationships, we are more likely to grow more like Christ and that is our goal as Christians – to be transformed into His likeness.

That's why Core Groups are so important. In groups, we study God's Word, share life together, care for one another and serve as a family, all for the glory of God. Core Groups are a great way to experience what God intended for living in Christian Community. Just like the first church in the book of Acts, God's people gather in small groups and share life with each another.

Sunday morning is important, but transformation truly begins when you share life with other believers; learning from each other and the Bible, worshiping together, having fun and serving beyond the group. That's what the church is all about. When we leave the service on Sunday, church is just beginning!
